It was close to our friends and the view over the town was wonderful.
The hotel room was very nice, clean and modern. Bathroom was very big and the bath amazing. Restaurant food was delicious and the decor nicely comfortable. Overall a very nice experience!
The location of the hotel is not the best. And the rainshower in the bathroom made a horrible noise when turned on.
Nice Bar. Parking Place.
Breakfast 15€ is too much for range of service. Rooms are not always clean (toilette, bed, floor). Bad quality on some tv channels.
Modern design of rooms, good restaurant and bar, inclusive wi-fi internet
No fitness room or gym facilities
Easy access to main roads to major city
Room was excellent - very spacious, comfortable bed, large bathroom, great shower. Food at the restaurant was very good, as was the breakfast and the selection of food available.
Would have been nice to have a double bed instead of 2 singles, but this is only a minor point.
Nice Tower and nice rooms, good parking opportunities.
Rooms not 100% clean, had hair in bed. Bathroom not clean (mirror, shower, sink). no drinks in minibar. Air Condition in top-level floor to small for the large room. 14th floor was ok.
Hotel Houten was a wonderful surprise! The reception was extremely helpful, and the breakfast that was included with our room was marvelous. The Hotel was about 45 minutes from the Keukenhof. The room was modern, but comfortable. The party my family was traveling with made multiple comments about how impressive the Hotel was. There was plenty of room for our 2 year old's bed. The 2 hours of free internet each day was an added bonus. We would fully recommend the Hotel Houten, to any traveler.
There were no negatives during our stay.
Large rooms and the bathroom, nice views, modern style
separate beds, the coffee machine on the first floor was not working
You room design very perfect. Brakfast excellence. I need u make good promotion many time. Bcz. I booking ur hotel on promotion I was pay 89 euro.
This is second times I stayed this hotel ,This hotel very very excellent hotel and friendly kindness. This time I arrived Hotel before noon. but They tried check in room because I was so tired . They gave me room very quick . I'm really recommed this hotel ,Very clean and Very good food, everything nice. but location is just litle bit far way from Station, 30-40minutes by walk. Bus operate 2times/Hour
The half price weekend rates are excellent value for money in this modern luxury hotel. The hotel is on the outskirts of the commuter town of Houten - 25 Euro taxi ride from Utrecht Centraal station or 55 Euros from Schiphol. The Dutch public transport system is very good, plan your trip using the OV9292 website. You can easily plan a circular trip taking in Utrecht / Leiden / Keukenhof Gardens / Amsterdam using the bus and train services. However you can only use a credit card at Schiphol to buy train tickets. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the bedrooms are very comfortable.
No kettle in the bedrooms.
The hotel was very nice, and the hotel staff were too, especially the bar tenders in the bar. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were very comfortable - just a shame we had single and not a double bed. The food for dinner was excellent and the breakfast had a good selection to choose from.
Situated on the outskirts of a community town away from Utrecht central, it was very hard to get a Taxi to the Hotel upon arriving at Houten Train Station. Luckily we had the hotel details with us for them to order a taxi for us, as there are no taxi's in Houten, and they all come from Utrecht. For this reason it was a little difficult to get around and slightly expensive.
very modern, excellent staff, restaurant very good and reasonably priced, probably best hotel I've stayed in Holland
Slightly out of the way but bus stop very close to hotel
The spacious room was superb as was the bathroom.
Room was spoilt by a lack of care in the furniture and the housekeeping standard
