Parking was at just 25% capacity, forcing me to use a shuttle from an offsite lot. the limited availability of hot water during peak hours was a bit frustrating for a hotel charging premium rates. Lastly, the fitness room felt hidden away, and unless you stumble upon it, you might not even know there's a place to work out.
